One of the biggest goals of our summer internship program is exposing students to experiences they can’t get in a classroom.

This week, our interns attended Business Before Business and had the opportunity to meet local business owners, community leaders, and professionals from across Ellis County.

Building relationships, learning how businesses work together, and understanding the value of community involvement are lessons that will serve them long after summer ends.

We’re excited to watch these future leaders continue to grow.

This summer, we’re excited to welcome five outstanding students from The MILE @ Midlothian ISD to Ryan Mason State Farm.

Over the next several weeks, they’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at customer service, leadership, small business operations, community involvement, and what it means to serve others well.

One of our goals is to help these students gain real-world experience while showing them the value of building relationships, serving their community, and growing professionally.

The future of Midlothian and Ellis County is bright, and we’re honored to be a small part of their journey.

We were excited to join the Midlothian Chamber of Commerce in welcoming Hollywood Feed to the community and celebrating their official ribbon cutting.

Our summer interns also had the opportunity to attend and experience firsthand how local businesses, community leaders, and organizations work together to strengthen Ellis County.

We recently had the opportunity to put together some special gifts for students completing their driver education program at AC Driving School.

Learning to drive is an exciting milestone for both teens and parents, and we’re proud to play a small role in helping encourage safe and confident drivers as they hit the road.

Thank you to AC Driving School for everything you do to help prepare the next generation of drivers here in Ellis County.
