Madi Wood Insurance Agency is hiring TWO Insurance Producers and ONE Customer Service Representative for full-time, in-office positions!

For the right motivated producer, this opportunity could be a gold mine: the potential to earn SIX FIGURES annually in commissions alone—on top of hourly pay. Commission earnings depend on individual sales performance.

No insurance license? We’ll pay for your licensing! Sales experience is a big plus, but it’s not required.

We also offer:

Today, our team will be stepping away from the phones for the day for a dedicated team training and development day.
As we continue through this exciting transition and step into our new roles, we want to make sure we’re taking the time to strengthen our skills, grow together as a team, and prepare ourselves to serve you at the level you deserve.
Taking over a legacy book of business means so much more to us than simply taking care of policies. Many of the customers we have the privilege of serving have been with our agency and our family for generations. You aren’t just names on a policy—you’re lifelong customers, familiar faces, friends, and truly part of our extended family. ❤️
