🌟 Meet the Team: Jennifer Theaker 🌟

Meet Jennifer Theaker, our incredible Office Manager here at Bone & Bailey!

Jennifer has been a key part of the team for 7 ½ years, keeping everything running smoothly while bringing plenty of humor along the way. She loves the daily office banter just as much as working with numbers—proving she’s the perfect mix of fun and focused.

Originally from Midland, MI, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors whenever she’s not at work. If she’s relaxing with a snack, chances are she’s got a plate of nachos and a cup of coffee nearby while watching Courageous.

At home, she has a hilarious ongoing standoff with a stray cat named Mike (a.k.a. “Mike Hat”) who showed up one day and decided to stay—despite her being allergic! He’s always trying to sneak inside, and she’s always trying to stop him.

Jennifer’s coworkers would describe her as intentional, committed, and (as she’ll tell you) short—and she fully embraces being the subject of friendly jokes around the office.

What makes Bone & Bailey special to her? The people. From a supportive, family-first culture to unforgettable Christmas parties, Jennifer values the relationships and laughter that come with being part of the team.

🌟 Meet the Staff: Payton DeWildt 🌟

Meet Payton DeWildt, Producer at Bone & Bailey!

Payton has been a valued member of the team for 5 years and plays a key role in building strong connections with clients and coworkers. His favorite part of the job is building strong relationships and collaborating with his team each day.

Originally from Midland, Payton was drawn to Bone & Bailey because of its strong reputation and long-standing success in his hometown. What makes it truly special to him, though, is the people—it’s a place that feels like home.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find Payton fishing or out on the water boating—his favorite way to spend a day off. Before his professional career, he played college basketball at Spring Arbor University and played a key role in winning the 2019 NAIA Division II National Championship—something many people might not know!

Payton is known for being hardworking, funny, and friendly—and he brings those qualities to the team every day. One of his favorite memories at Bone & Bailey is the annual Christmas parties out at Mark’s Barn—moments he says he’ll never forget.

Meet Missy Noykos, a Producer at Bone & Bailey!

Missy has been part of the team for 8 years and is passionate about making insurance easy for people to understand. Her favorite part of the job is meeting new people and hearing their stories, and she takes pride in building real connections with every client she works with.

Originally from Midland, Missy brings a friendly, hardworking spirit to everything she does. One thing people might be surprised to learn about her role? She’s always working—going above and beyond to make sure clients are taken care of.

Outside of work, Missy loves spending time on her farm with family and friends. She enjoys showing animals, fishing, and camping, and stays busy with her pets—two dogs, Finn and Tully, a cat named Ico, plus multiple livestock.

Meet Blain Anderson, Risk Manager at Bone & Bailey!

Blain has been a valued member of the team for 9 years and plays an important role in helping the company and clients navigate risk with confidence. His favorite part of the job is networking—building relationships and staying connected with people in the community and industry.

Originally from Midland, Blain appreciates being part of a local, family-owned business. That sense of community and connection is exactly what drew him to Bone & Bailey, and it’s a big part of why he enjoys coming to work every day. For him, what makes Bone & Bailey special is the great work environment and the people he gets to work alongside.

Outside of the office, Blain enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending quality time with his two boys, Alex and Dylan. Whether it’s a day on the course or just hanging out with his family, that’s his ideal way to spend time off.

Meet Mark Bone, the Principal/President of Bone & Bailey!

Since joining the team on April 1, 2013, Mark has been dedicated to making a difference, especially when clients need it most. His favorite part of the job is helping people during difficult times, and he takes pride in being hands-on. While he leads the company, he also continues to work directly with clients, making sure everyone gets the coverage they need.

Originally from Glasgow, Scotland, Mark brings both passion and purpose to his role. Outside of work, he enjoys exercising, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family at the lake.

Described by coworkers as energetic, loyal, and caring, Mark takes a lot of pride in being someone people can count on—both inside the office and with clients. Before joining Bone & Bailey, he worked with just one insurance company and often found himself unable to help everyone the way he wanted to. That never sat right with him. Now, having access to multiple carriers means he can truly do what matters most to him—find a solution for every person who walks through the door and make sure no one feels turned away.

For Mark, what makes Bone & Bailey special is simple: a team that genuinely cares and always does what’s right.
