There’s something special about a community that comes together to serve. 💙

This past Saturday, our Heritage USA team had the privilege of joining Love Midland, stepping outside our branches and into our community to make a difference.

From lending a hand at the Boys & Girls Clubs PB, West Texas Food Bank, and familypromisepbtx, our team showed up with willing hearts, helping hands, and a shared purpose: to love our community through action.

We believe being Here For Good means more than simply doing business in Midland. It means showing up for the people, organizations, and causes that make this community home.

We are incredibly grateful for every team member, family member, and volunteer who gave their Saturday to serve alongside us. It's a beautiful reminder of what we can accomplish when we come together for something bigger than ourselves.

We don't just work in Midland. We love Midland. 💙

Not all heroes wear capes, some show up every single day to serve children and families in our community. 💙

This weekend, Heritage USA Federal Credit Union was incredibly proud to partner with The Attic Foster Network for their Superhero Run!

We recognize the important work their team does day in and day out, and we were grateful for the opportunity to show up and support their mission. From cheering runners on from the sidelines, to handing out water along the course, to providing fresh fruit at the finish line, our Heritage crew had a fantastic morning serving together!

And if you ran past our station…well, you definitely couldn’t miss us. 😂

Our team showed up, their kiddos joined in, and there may have been more than a few rounds of “NA-NA-NA-NA…HERITAGE!”echoing down the course! 💥

A huge thank you to our friends Meek Designs for helping us SHINE and making sure our superhero crew looked the part!

We’re thankful for organizations like The Attic and the people behind them who continue doing meaningful work for families throughout our community. It was an honor to spend our Saturday supporting them. 💙

This morning’s Dutch Bros run came with a little extra purpose! Our Heritage USA FCU team picked up our morning coffee while supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs PB because sometimes giving back really can be as simple as where you grab your morning cup.

We’re searching for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating conversations that aren’t always easy.

In this role, you’ll support our collections and credit recovery efforts by communicating with members regarding delinquent accounts, maintaining accurate documentation, assisting with credit reporting and disputes, and helping identify solutions that move our members - and the credit union - forward.

You may be a great fit if you have:
• Collections, lending, banking, credit union, or financial-services experience
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation
• The ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally and respectfully
• Experience with credit reporting or consumer disputes
• e-OSCAR experience — strongly preferred!

Please know: These calls are NOT from Heritage USA.

To help protect yourself, remember:

🔒 We will NEVER call you unexpectedly and ask for:

Your Social Security number
Your online banking username or password
Your debit card number
Your card's CVV/security code
Your debit card expiration date
Verification codes sent by text or email

📱 We will NEVER ask you to:

Share your online banking credentials
Share your screen or allow remote access to your phone or computer if you did not initiate the call to us
Provide sensitive personal or account information over an unsolicited phone call

If you receive a call that claims to be from Heritage USA and something doesn't feel right:

✅ Hang up immediately.
✅ Call us directly using the phone number listed on our official website, mobile app, or the back of your debit card.
