Due to tower outages from the recent devastating hurricane a number of State Farm offices in Texas, along with many other businesses are unable to receive phone calls from AT&T customers. We are unfortunately one of those offices. We are receiving phone calls from other carriers with no issues but AT&T customers may receive an out of service message when calling our office. If you are or have been trying to contact us by phone and are unable to get through, please feel free to message us here or email us at [email protected] and we will call you right away. Good afternoon, as most know by now so many have had issues with the weather and power outages this week in Texas and I pray that everyone is safe and warm. Unfortunately we are not immune to these issues as a company, as agents, or individuals. We are still having power issues across our area and particularly in areas affecting our computer systems for agencies to operate. We simply ask for patience and extended grace as we work to make sure our customers have all that they need from us. I will try to post only when we have new information as I too have sketchy service and no power. Please refer to 855-259-8568 for claims or call CCC through our office to make payments.
