⭐INSURANCE REMINDER FOR PATIENTS⭐

We’d like to remind our patients to visit our webpage www.mymichigan.org/insurance to verify that we participate in your plan before enrolling in 2026 insurance. In most cases, we are continuing and even expanding participation with our current plans! However, a few plans will be out of network beginning Jan. 1.

While we strongly encourage patients to choose an in-network plan, your health is most important to us, and we will continue to welcome and care for patients with out-of-network plans. Patients may be seen out of network by signing a No Surprise Billing Act Form, which may impact your out-of-pocket costs.
