I didnt think it would happen but she made it happen. Oh, yeah, with a VA loan! I had a bad experience a few years ago with a "VA Expert" and thought that it would be the same but I was completely wrong! This was much smoother than even my other regular loans that i've done in the past.

She is professional, responsive, & atent to our loan needs. Quickly identified troublesome areas where the loan could snag up on, and astutely steered us in the correct direction to avoid issues. Emily her assistant was also great, didn't want to leave her out either. Overall Nancy and her team were a joy to work with and will do so again in the near future.
