We are very excited to announce our newest acquisition of this value-add Industrial Portfolio in Midland, Texas.
This acquisition brings us to a total of 35,000 Sqft of industrial space owned and managed across four locations in the Permian Basin.
It’s hard to ignore the strong economy in the Permian Basin and we plan on expanding our holdings in the area significantly over the next few years.
