RCV vs. ACV — do you know which one you have?

Here’s the simple version:

🏠 RCV: Your roof gets damaged, and your policy helps pay to replace it with a new one.

🏠 ACV: Your roof gets damaged, but the insurance company takes off money because of the age of the roof.

That can leave you paying a lot more out of pocket.

And your wind and hail deductible matters too. We may have another way to help with that deductible.
