I almost didn't post today.

It's Labor Day — what am I gonna say? "Call me for a mortgage"? Nah.

Here's the truth. I left a stable engineering career to do mortgages full-time. Seven kids. No safety net. Some days the phone doesn't ring, deals fall through, and you question everything.

Then someone calls and says "Chris, I never thought I'd own a home." We work through it — credit challenges, income situations — and we get them into a home.
