We’ve had a lot of claims called in the past 2 days! Phew it’s been busy. If you need to file a claim for lightning or water please call our claims line directly at 877-324-6764. And bear with our claims department as they are overwhelmed with claims right now. You can also file a claim online our fbpay.com website. You must have an online account to do this. If you are taking preventative measure for further claims damage keep those receipts! We value our customers and want to get this done and done the right way. Roofers are knocking on doors right now telling people incorrect information. Call claims first! Beware of fraudulent people trying to take your hard earned money.
