💡 Is it true to get a pre-approval you must have a full-time job for at least 2 years?

🗝️ Ideally, you’ll have two years or more with your current employer. There are, however, circumstances where gaps in employment do not impact your ability to be pre-approved.

🗝️ The best way to know if your scenario is acceptable is to have one me review the details of your income, employment, and credit.

🗝️ Consult with me before changing employers, position, or method of compensation. For example, don't switch from salary to commissions.
