We are looking for a Property Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as mowing , w**d walking, . You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and property to ensure grounds are clean and looking nice. Painting our and carpinter experience is a Pluss .ready to work in different weather condition

Responsibilities: •

Cleaning up trash in and around lawns • Mowing lawns • W**d whacking • Trimming hedges and bushes • Inspecting grounds for possible safety issues • Assisting other maintenance crews where needed

Requirements: •

Valid drivers license • Ability to be on your feet for up to 8 hours in a day • Able to follow directions from supervisor • Attention to detail • Reliability • Good work ethic Must have your own form of transportation to and from lawn sites. Must be able to work outside on your feet for at least 10 hours a day. Must be accustomed to manual labor.
