As first time home buyers we had a ton of wuestions questions when it came to loans and mortgages but Francesca was there every step of the way to answer everything! Francesca was extremely responsive and always provided us with a great amount of detail when any paperwork was sent. In addition to being extremely knowledgable, Francesca was always so kind and provided us many laughs along the way. She always made us feel very comfortable and gave us a sense of relief as we navigated through the process. Francesca made this experience easy for us and I would recommended her to anyone lookinf for a mortgage, whether a first time home buyer or someone who has bought before! Her responsiveness, consistency and attention to detail got us a great mortgage rate and we will defintely be using her in the future!

She was very focused, energetic and professional throughout the process right from documentation, signing papers following up with other agencies.

Initially I was little sceptical about meeting my closing deadline since my rental lease was getting over on 31st March, however she ensured that the closing was done by March 28th. So finally all is well if end is well.
