Oh My Goodness, PLEASE hear my plea if your insurance agent has to say, "Just trust me" it is a first sign not to. Ask the questions. "Is this minimal credible coverage?" if they say no, check it out. Can they drop you the first time you submit a claim. It happens so often and it is heart breaking. You can not qualify for a special enrollment if your "over the phone, we are in Florida insurance drops you." if they limit your claims based on a board decision, check your information before you buy over the phone. If you can't go to their office, see them and see the policy before you sign.....just don't.
