Part-Time Bookkeeper
Location: Middlefield
Hours: 4 hours a week
We’re a small, insurance agency looking for a dependable Part-Time Bookkeeper to help keep finances organized and up to date.

What You’ll Do
• Record and categorize financial transactions
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Prepare invoices and track payments
• Submit payroll
• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
• Assist with monthly reports and basic financial summaries
What We’re Looking For
• Experience with bookkeeping or basic accounting
• Comfort using QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
What We Offer
