Peroni Financial Group is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial, and ambitious aspiring financial advisor to join their team as a protégé. This role is perfect for recent graduates or those new to the field of financial services, who are seeking to spend time learning the building blocks of a successful career in the field, while supporting and learning from elite and established producers.
The protégé role is designed to be a starting point to being a full-service advisor with the group, with an average turnaround of 24-36 months. As such, the ideal candidate is an avid learner, with substantial people skills and a strong business mindset. Helpfulness, curiosity, a desire to succeed, and attention to detail are excellent qualities. An educational or work background in finance, business, or entrepreneurship is desirable but not required. A strong history of success both academically and professionally is a positive indicator.
Proteges can expect a portion of the commissions from the advisors they support and earn on average 50k annually to start and building each year. Candidates are expected to pass insurance and securities licensing exams prior to start. This is a hybrid role.
