Someone asked me recently what my elevator speech was.

“Why should someone choose The Rustic Brokerage?”

I froze.

Not because I don’t know insurance. I’ve spent over 15 years learning this industry, helping clients navigate risk, and protecting what matters most.

I froze because I wasn’t giving myself enough credit.

At first, I thought the answer was my experience, the insurance companies I represent, or the coverages I recommend.

Then I realized… that’s not the real answer.

Insurance is what I do. Relationships are why I do it.

I want my clients to know they have someone they can call with questions, someone who will take the time to explain things, someone who wants to understand what they’re building and help protect it.

When things go wrong, I don’t want you wondering who to call. I want you to know I’m already in your corner.

At the end of the day, you’re not just choosing an insurance agency. You’re choosing the person who’s going to be there through the questions, the changes, the celebrations, and sometimes even the claims.
