Friends and family, I just watched this film. I think any and everyone who cares about this planet should watch. I have been a fan of David Attenborough's work for a long time. I know....I'm a nerd and I'm proud of it. Sharing with love.đź’›

Okay I did a bit of research with Harvard University and Consumer Reports and one other health organization. Peanuts are good for you BUT peanut butter is less healthy because of the added fat, salt, and sugar to make the peanut butter taste good. The skin of the peanut seems to have the most nutritional value. I do not like the peanut skin.

I love roasted peanuts. My father used to roast raw peanuts and we ate them like that. I love peanut butter too but I try not to eat more than 2 tablespoons because of the salt, sugar, and added fat. Some doctors disagree that peanut butter is good to consume but most everyone agrees, peanuts in its raw or roasted form (not peanut butter) is best.

In his 93 years, Attenborough has visited every continent on the globe, exploring the wild places of the planet and documenting the living world in all its variety and wonder. But during his lifetime, Attenborough has also seen first-hand the monumental scale of humanity's impact on nature.
