The wise words of Mel Robbins completely changed my life last year in Utah. It's so hard to believe how swiftly my life has changed this past year.
I went to Utah, beaten down, tired, burnt out. I did the work. I paid attention. I prayed. Prayed harder than I ever had before. I came back a different person and she was not welcomed. She was actually hated.
Of course she was, people who plan to stay stagnant, they don't want to change. They don't want others around them to change.
A few quotes I saved last year helped change my perspective:
Choose to shine no matter the circumstances.
When we shine light multiples.
We were designed with a purpose for a purpose.
Education is the most important tool to change the world.
We don't just build farms, we build farmers.
Do your good anyways!!
We lose and gain one cell at a time.
Speak boldly! Boldness, courage, explicit strength, I can help you.
Our bodies are busy (fighting) not broken.
Exposure to toxins is unavoidable and constant but we can detox the dลTERRA way.
Feeling good isn't momentary. It's our birth right.
True renewal is a whole body experience.
Wisdom lives inside us. It's engrained in our DNA. We need to awaken it. Let the world stop being so loud.
Interrupt the old.
Well, I don't know many people who have been able to do what I have done this past year but it sure feels good to be on the other side. It would not have been possible without #1 God. And #2 the dozens of people that supported me along the way, whether that was a listening ear or actually the handing me a light. Thank you for being alongside me for this!
And this is just the beginning.
