and starting my new career as a Pilates instructor 🧘🏻‍♀️
New chapter, new energy.

Pilates is so different to any other sport activities that I’ve done.

The concept is opposite to what you’d expect: the slower you go - the better
to keep balance you have to have extreme focus.
Similarly in life:
It is all about balance. To keep balance is to keep moving forward.
Focus on your goals as everything else is a distraction
and lastly slow down and enjoy yourself.
