Since joining RelatedISG, she has excelled as an agent, created her own team known as "The Cuadra Group", and has been featured in Miami Agent Magazine. She participates in training new agents for the company and has been involved in several top networking
events throughout South Florida. Maria is also a former Miami Dolphins cheerleader, which expanded her network in reaching high-level executives and A-list celebrities. During her time with the NFL, Maria participated in many television shows, calendars, and radio shows. She also hosted several events and travelled worldwide as part of the USO tour to visit our American troops. Maria works with all kinds of clients, helping them with buying/selling/renting or investing, and has experience with both residential and commercial sales. She is keen on treating all of her clients with respect and providing them with the latest knowledge so they can make the most informed decisions in their transactions. Maria has a background in marketing and public relations. She is able to efficiently market her clients' properties and expose them to buyers in the market place. She is very enthusiastic about life and is always looking to learn and grow with her real estate practice. She earned her Bachelor's Degree and subsequently went on to acquire a Master's Degree in International Real Estate from Florida International University School of Business. Maria is very devoted to her faith, has a family she holds dearly and is focused on spending time with them as well as helping her clients find the lifestyle and home of their dreams.
