This was a property that was on the market for a while but with all the liens, cosmetic issues, and tenant issues (tenants need to be evicted) the owner just could not find a buyer. With all of these issues we were able to still make an offer that the owner was comfortable with and now we are in the process of getting the liens reduced/forgiven and relocating the tenants.
