Today was one of those days that reminds me… ANYTHING is possible. 💫💪

I had an incredible weightlifting class with the amazing coach 👑

Her strength goes far beyond the physical.

Just 6 months ago, she was in a wheelchair after a serious car accident.
And she said something I will never forget:

👉 “A wheelchair won’t stop me.”

And it didn’t.

She kept showing up—virtually, through pain, through challenges. She stayed consistent. She stayed committed.

Today, she’s back… stronger than ever. 🔥💪

This experience reminded me of three powerful things:
✨ Breathe
✨ Stay present
✨ Trust the process

This is more than fitness. This is mindset.

And it’s also a powerful reminder of something we often overlook:

👉 Life and health are everything… and you never know what can happen.

Having the right protection in place isn’t optional—it’s essential.
Insurance is not just a policy… it’s peace of mind when life takes an unexpected turn. 💼

I started my day at the Miami Beach Chamber AI Council, surrounded by forward-thinking leaders discussing how technology and AI are shaping the future of business 🤖🚀

One of the highlights of my day was finally meeting in person a valued car fleet client after two years of working together remotely.
Moments like this are a powerful reminder that behind every policy and every transaction, there are real relationships built on trust and consistency.

Seeing our clients grow and succeed is truly the most rewarding part of what we do 🚗✨

We wrapped up the meeting with an incredible Peruvian lunch — because great business conversations are always better shared over good food 🇵🇪

Grateful for a day filled with meaningful connections, growth, and opportunity.

Yesterday I had the honor of joining the brave Marines from and an incredible workout. 🇺🇸💪

It was my first time wearing a 15-pound ruck vest, walking 5 miles and finishing with a tough HIIT workout at At one point I honestly thought I might leave halfway… but I kept going.

And I did it.

For a short stretch I even challenged myself to carry a 30-pound ruck — and that really tested me! 😅

Moments like this remind me that our limits are often just in our minds. When you surround yourself with strong, disciplined people, their energy pushes you further than you ever thought possible.

Grateful for the motivation, the community, and the reminder that discipline beats excuses every time.

✨ Women’s History Month ✨

I feel incredibly honored to be included among the powerful women recognized by the of Commerce. Being surrounded by so many inspiring leaders reminds me how strong and extraordinary women truly are.

Today I also want to celebrate the women who shaped my life.

My out-of-this-world Nonna Marcela, a true Wonder Woman who raised nine children and built the beloved with courage and determination.

My brave mother , a single mom who gave us the gift of education and opportunity. She worked tirelessly, even selling liquor in some of the most dangerous places in Lima, and helped build the San Pedrito warehouses. Her strength and sacrifices made our future possible.

And my amazing sister, who has always stood by my side with love, strength, and support through every challenge and every victory.

Strong women don’t just inspire the world — they build families, businesses, and dreams.
