On Monday, the Amerant Operations Center team welcomed colleagues from across the organization for a surprise celebration honoring Carlos Iafigliola and Adrian Rodriguez following their appointments as President & CEO and Chief Operating Officer.

More than 250 team members joined the afternoon toast and sweets reception. It was a meaningful opportunity to celebrate two leaders whose dedication and experience have helped shape Amerant’s journey and inspire those around them. The strong turnout reflected the admiration and support they have earned across the organization.
