Pionex here is the beginning of a war I intend on waging, despite my love for the company - they are forcing me to do this. Their seeming security feature to protect their clients (ME) is hindering me to the point of no return and can be impossible to meet, especially if someone gets your wallet and phone. So here is my response, after FIFTEEN ATTEMPTS to regain access to my own account:

And still nothing has happened. I am still locked out of my account. Pionex.US never changed the phone number, and as far as I know there isn't one even associated with my account. I can't login. I can't interact with anyone other than Carlos and Lisa (seemingly) and I have since been EVICTED b/c I couldn't pay my rent with all of my money (ALL OF IT) tied up at Pionex.US. Worse still, I haven't gotten any further response from this channel. I filed a complaint with the CFPB, and Pionex.US responded exactly as they have been - BLURRY BLAH BLAH BLAH. I am about to file another complaint with them, and file a complaint with some fu***ng TEETH in court, simultaneously, if nothing is done by Pionex.US to remedy this situation.

I have been couch surfing since our last conversation,. a condo sale has fallen out of escrow due to my inability to make the purchase, and several other accounts have been closed and sent to collectors - all because of the disaster at Pionex.US. If you have any experience in law at all, you'll know what I mean when I say TREBLE DAMAGES. That's what the court complaint will demand, and punitive damages on top of that. If that doesn't make you shiver, well, you have some serious brass balls my man...

What do you think will happen when Guojing Tang sees they are named as the primary defendant on my suit, which will also list Carlos, Lisa, and anyone else I can track down...? I did this PROFESSIONALLY for over a decade. I *R***D* bankers on a regular schedule. Pionex.US will be my first CRYPTObank and I am gonna have fun with this one. I have a staff of four attorneys, including me, with over 15 support positions to back us up. It ain't hard to work 24/7 splitting a day into quarters - which we will do. And we will litigate until we either force Pionex.US to settle, cease and desist operations in the US, or be the case that writes new laws on the subject at hand. My friend, it's NOT a position I want to be in, but here I am. So, if there is ANY WAY WHATSOEVER to avoid this potential outcome, I suggest something be done, with alacrity, to resolve this glaring, ugly, potentially very costly and very public f**k up, with Pionex.US at it's root. I eagerly await your reply.

I will offer myself up one last time - here is EVERY VIDEO I HAVE MADE, along with a legit image of EVERY ID I HAVE EVER SUPPLIED PIONEX.US WITH, including the one I opened the account with. I am handing over screenshots of my account at various times spanning the life of the account, highlighting various successes. And I am willing to supply YET ANOTHER video, albeit without ID (as my appointment to replace the stolen one is still six+ weeks away) at your request, barring the five minute deadline (make it 15 - my machine is slow and my phone is old),m including any dictated quoted information you may require. However, BE ADVISED! I am also sending all of the above to the CFPB, and it will be used as evidence in my complaint to the appropriate courts where the complaint with the hell hounds, giant teeth, fire breath, and The Devil, HIMSELF - in the form of ME - will be the plaintiff. I will give no quarter, show no mercy, and intend on performing a legal crucifixion of your CEO, in court and in the news. His underlings will serve ME by the time I am thru and you will find yourself sniffing the distinct odor of sulfur & brimstone when we meet. You might find the temperature too hot for your liking, but fear not! I will fire it up enough to charbroil you, your colleagues, and everyone in your company if this doesn't get resolution POST HASTE.
