EB-5 offering packages often span hundreds of pages across several documents, most of it written in dense legal and financial language. For a first-time investor, it can be difficult to know which sections carry real weight.

Offering documents which provide transparency into the Project’s structure, investment terms, risk factors, and job creation strategy, are:

• Private Placement Memorandum (PPM)
• Subscription Agreement
• Limited Partnership or LLC Operating Agreement
• Business Plan & Economic Impact Report

Duncan Fuller of EB5 United recently travelled to the Texas Infrastructure Holdings Project (TIH) in Uvalde, Texas, to mark one year of construction at the Project. He was joined by development partners, Project shareholders, members of the finance team, and other key stakeholders involved in delivering the Project.

The visit was about seeing the work up close: reviewing construction progress firsthand, speaking directly with the professionals building the Project, and giving investors a transparent update on where the Project stands today. EB5 United’s broader EB‑5 Project work follows the same principle: regular, on-the-ground verification of the developments that investor families are part of.

CONSTRUCTION SNAPSHOT

The team toured four active fronts during the visit.

• Earthwork & Pad Site: Mid-July completion of the full pad site

• Union Pacific Rail Loop: Switch components secured

• Permitting: Fully authorized

• Processing Plant: Vertical construction beginning

If you are planning to invest in the EB-5 Program in the near future, three upcoming dates can severely impact your petition. In our latest blog, we walk EB-5 investors through each one of them:

• Sep 30, 2026 (Grandfathering Deadline): File the I-526E petition by this date to lock in eligibility under the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022.

• Jan 1, 2027 (Investment Amount Increase): The current statutory minimum in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA) is $800,000. We anticipate that figure will rise to roughly $930,000 to $950,000 once the exact inflation adjustment is set.

• Sep 30, 2027 (Program Sunset Date): The Regional Center program will sunset unless Congress reauthorizes it by this date.

Why we anticipate the EB-5 Program will continue?

The EB-5 Program carries meaningful weight in the United States. It is making an impact in dozens of states across the country, both red and blue, and senators and congressional representatives are well aware of its value. Support for the Program spans both sides of the aisle, and we do not anticipate it going away. These are the dates to keep in view as you plan your EB-5 journey.

We are proud to announce that our Priority Processing Rural TEA Project, Cormont at Deer Valley, has officially received its I-956F approval from USCIS (April 29, 2026). This approval underscores the strength and scale of the Project, confirming that USCIS has reviewed and approved this additional offering for EB-5 compliance.

Cormont joins Texas Infrastructure Holdings (TIH), Long Cove, Teton Outing Club, Crazy Mountain Ranch and Yellowstone Club Village Core Phase II Fund #2 in the EB5 United portfolio, all Rural TEA Projects benefiting from Priority Processing and approved under the post-RIA framework.

Why this is great news for investors:

· Once a Project has received I-956F approval, USCIS has effectively settled the Project-level questions.
· From that point forward, individual I-526E adjudications focus on the investor's side of the file, and Source of Funds is the most consequential element.

About Cormont:
Cormont is a residential development located within Deer Valley East Village. Deer Valley is a mountain community in Utah, situated less than one hour from Salt Lake City International Airport.

05/28/2026

Obtaining lawful Permanent Residency in the United States (a Green Card) is often evaluated as an immigration milestone. At the same time, it introduces ongoing obligations, particularly in areas such as taxation and regulatory compliance. No single factor is determinative, and outcomes depend on individual circumstances, regulatory requirements, and how different aspects of life in the United States are managed over time.

For many individuals who obtain Permanent Residency through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, including those who invest through a Regional Center, these considerations extend beyond immigration approval into long-term financial, tax, and lifestyle planning.

Nine dimensions of life after the Green Card:

• Foundation: Legal Status and Continuity
• Career & Business: Employment and Professional Flexibility
• Taxes: Tax Considerations
• Retirement Benefits: Social Security and Retirement Systems
• Schools & Universities: Education and Academic Access
• Coverage: Healthcare and Insurance
• Banking, Credit & Property: Financial System and Asset Ownership
• Rights & Civic Roles: Safety, Legal Protections, and Civic Structure
• Individual Reality: Variability of Experience
