The area of downtown is the center of the cultural, financial and commercial aspects of South Florida. It's population is continously and rapidly growing. Museums, parks and schools, offices, shops are seen in Downtown. Bayfront and Bicentennial Park are the two biggest parks in Downtown. It has an assortment of restaurants, boutiques, services that create a gathering area for a high-class retail and restaurants. Midtown Miami displays sidewalks filled with boutiques, cafes, lounges, restaurants,etc. Art and culture add to the "urban meets chic" setting along with other exhibits that embellish the neighborhood. It;s urban design is coincident with New York's So Ho district, of course with it's own Miami twist.
