Mark Voltaire, founder of Parlay Pal started his journey in Missouri in 2023 and returned to Miami searching for an AI and tech community. After attending his first Tech Tuesdays event, he learned about the Startup World Cup — but instead of pitching right away, he chose to volunteer for the Miami competition.

By supporting the event and immersing himself in the community, Mark gained the confidence to apply the following year… and went on to represent Miami in San Francisco.
