The Verleur Group LLC (TVG) is a boutique private equity firm engaged in the hands-on incubation of startups. What we do. We invest in every deal we do.

We build teams, buildings, factories, products, brands, but most importantly Profits, for a small family of like-minded investors. We have a proven track record of enterprise excellence, having executed ventures from inception through profitability and acquisition. We are not bankers, we are e

ntrepreneurs who invest. TVG invests in two classes of companies:

TVG Incubated Startups are companies founded by TVG. These majority-held ventures are cultivated from seed to maturity by the TVG management team. We invest from 1M to 10M USD to bring these companies to profitability and mature scale. TVG Synergy Investments are companies that bring actual business value to our Incubated Startups. These are by definition minority investment positions in companies that trade with or provide quantifiable synergy to our existing portfolio companies. We invest, not only blind capital, but also hands-on expertise, leadership and a global network of relationships that help cultivate success. TVG is the first anchor investor. Our fiduciary investors are co-investors and participate through one of our TVG managed funds. TVG Managed Funds provide unique investment opportunities for accredited investors and small financial institutions. TVG Managed Funds feature minimum yields, during incubation, and direct profit participation when companies become fully operational. TVG is currently investing in the following focus areas: • Ecommerce Brands and Marketplaces • Legal & Medical Cannabis (THC and CBD) • Fast Moving Consumer Products (FMCG) • China Sourcing and Manufacturing • Specialty FinTech.
