🌟 SUMMER INTERN SPOTLIGHT | 3 OF 3 🌟
We’re closing out our Summer Internship Spotlight series by celebrating Kenny Lazarre, who spent his summer learning, growing, and serving customers in our Hallandale Beach office!
Kenny is a Miami native and a Finance major at Florida State University, graduating in Spring 2028. He is already making an impact on campus as a Haitian Cultural Club liaison, Applied Calculus Learning Assistant, Pearson Campus Ambassador, and peer mentor.
One of Kenny’s proudest moments this summer was closing his first sale! 🎉
But the greatest lesson was understanding that sales is about so much more than a transaction. It is about listening, building trust, providing the right protection, and making sure customers know they have a knowledgeable and caring team ready to help when they need us most.
Kenny was able to apply all seven stages of the sales process—and learn that great service starts with putting people first.
At our agency, interns don’t sit on the sidelines. They receive hands-on experience, real responsibility, mentorship, accountability, and opportunities to develop skills that will serve them far beyond the classroom.
Kenny, thank you for the professionalism, positive energy, and commitment to learning you brought to our team. We are proud of your growth and excited to see everything you accomplish at FSU and beyond!
