5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Manny Aly by Rafael G - Manny was excellent to work with from beginning to end. This refinance had a lot of moving parts and definitely was not the simplest loan, but he stayed on top of everything and made sure we got it across the finish line.

What I appreciated most was how responsive and patient he was throughout the process. Anytime I had a question, needed clarification, or was concerned about something in the loan, Manny took the time to explain it and make sure I understood what was happening.

There were several payoffs, updated balances, underwriting requests, and last-minute items that had to be handled, and Manny kept everything moving. He was even reaching out and working after normal business hours to make sure nothing sat around and caused unnecessary delays. That stood out to me because it showed he was genuinely paying attention to the file and doing what he could to keep the process on track.

He communicated with the processor and the rest of the team, stayed involved throughout the refinance, and made what could have been a stressful process much easier to deal with.
The loan closed successfully, the process was organized, and I always felt like Manny was working to get things done rather than just passing me from person to person. That made a big difference.

I would absolutely recommend Manny Aly to anyone looking to refinance or purchase a home. He is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and clearly cares about getting the deal completed correctly and on time. I would definitely work with him again.
