Congratulations to Hebert and Daymi on the purchase of their first home. Like I always say -"we meet as clients and leave as friends".

Did you know that you didn't' need W2's, paystubs, or even tax returns to qualify for the purchase a home. There are programs in which we are able to use your 1099"s or banks statements or a profit and loss to qualify. If its an investment property we can use the rental income to qualify, show enough funds to close - and that's it. I can show you how. You also don't need perfect credit.
