Will pay 225bps, depending on experience. No Production Minimums
If you close 3-4 loans per month should yield you 20-25k per month.
Duties and responsibilities include: Prospecting to existing and new database, working closely with clients to expedite pre-qual's, taking detailed, notes on accounts, followup emails to prospective borrowers, good phone skills, taking the file from A to Z, self-starter and great work ethic, detailed notes on borrowers, positive team player attitude, previous phone sales a plus, 2+ years minimum experience as a loan officer preferred, ability to enter 1003's into POINT correctly and hopefully get DU approvals as well as presenting to banks. Proven ability to do 2+ loans per month is preferred, and ability to close 5+ loans per month desired. YOU MUST BE CURRENTLY LICENSED. Call if you are getting re-licensed again.
