Originally from Brazil, I moved to Miami in 2013 and earned my Master’s in Architecture from the University of Miami, followed by an MS in International Real Estate from Florida International University. That combination gave me a unique lens across design, capital markets, and global investing early in my career. I began working in real estate acquisitions before launching Brickell International
Realty in 2019. Today that platform has evolved into Brickell Private Lending, a private mortgage lending and investment brokerage focused on financing real estate investors across the United States and internationally. I structure capital with speed and precision. My work goes beyond closing transactions. As a private mortgage lender, I focus on long term outcomes. Cash flow, leverage, risk, and future income all matter, especially for self employed investors and business owners who do not have pensions, employer matches, or built in safety nets. I approach each transaction as a capital partner, helping investors scale responsibly while building durable long term wealth.
