GFG Asesores is responsible for providing fundamentally sound investment vehicles to high net worth private investors and institutional investors, while pursuing a range of well-located real estate investments, with strong market dynamics, offering the opportunity for attractive risk-adjusted returns through value enhancing strategies and intensive investment management programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
▪ Assist the SVP Asset Manager to ensure a professional and timely reporting system to our clients.
▪ Assist with all aspects of the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly activities of the SVP:
o Obtaining the weekly flash reports from the various clients and compiling a weekly consolidated report with the support of the new revenue generating consultant.
o Contacting the various clients in order to obtain the relevant information for the monthly report.
o Preparing the monthly client reports for the various clients.
o Sharing the draft reports with the SVP and the team for their revision and comments.
o Managing the yearly calendar for the monthly and quarterly meetings and budget presentations for the various clients.
o Joining the SVP for the monthly meetings and taking notes.
o Joining the SVP at meetings with clients or third parties related to projects taking place.
o Based on needs of various clients analyses will be done by Analyst for relevant topics and with the guidance of the SVP.
o Coordination of various visits to the properties by the SVP
o Coordination of various meetings of SVP with clients
o Support of correspondence in Spanish of SVP with various stakeholders
o Managing follow up of ongoing projects, trend analyses and others.
o Join the SVP on property tours, the Analyst will take notes and manage follow up of maintenance ex*****on.
o Managing monthly CAPEX reports for various clients
o Attending the weekly GFG call
Professional Experience
o Experience in wealth management, supporting relationship managers, or advisors, with a focus in the ultra-high net-worth market.
Specific Knowledge / Qualifications / Skills
o Exposure to property management and possess solid financial and accounting acumen
o Advanced PC skills, including data management, Microsoft Office and Suite, and Yardi
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail is a must
o Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
o Outstanding communication and presentation skills
o Traveling required: Up to 5 days per month (previous agreement with supervisor)
Educational Background
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics and/or related field is required, with a proven academic track record of success.
Languages
o Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
