"Exciting milestone! One of our single-family construction project is in the final inspection phase, bringing us one step closer to the Certificate of Occupancy. 🏡✅ This week, we focused on ensuring all electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems are fully operational. Almost there!. This final phase of the project requires passing all inspections to obtain the CO (Certificate of Occupancy) issued by the County and is an intense process where at least 8 individual inspections are required ensuring the property is safe for living and meet all the County's building codes.

Today important progress was made as we received the delivery of the Kitchen appliances for this Duplex project in Sebring, FL.

In this project we're installing top of the line Samsung appliances starting with a beautiful 28 cubic feet refrigerator for each of the units.

We're close to bring tenants to enjoy these new spaces we're creating.

It's been a while since our last post but we were focused on taking this project to the finish line and we're excited to share that "We did it". We're now working in bringing the first tenants in to enjoy these beautiful living spaces so they can call it HOME.

Hot check completed, we have power. Today we reached an important milestone in this project, the electric service was connected and we were able to test lights, switches, etc. Next we'll have the appliances delivered and work on the yard to complete grading and installing the grass. What a journey has been, and we're just getting started.

• Paving stones in place.
• Finishing plumbing in process; will be completed today (7/11).
• Monitoring of electric and water meters.
• Door locks in place.

Next steps:
• Complete the driveway cut.

Great week with more progress in another of our investment projects. This is another Duplex with 3/2 per unit in the beautiful golf community of Sun N Lake in Sebring , FL. This week we passed important inspections (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) that will allow us now to move into new phases of the construction with the installation of the drywall.
