I’ll talk you out of a loan before I talk you into one.

If the payment’s too high, the cash needed leaves you broke, or buying right now just doesn’t make sense, I’ll tell you.

That’s right. Even if it means I don’t get the deal.

I’d rather you call me six months from now in a better spot than call me two months after closing wondering what you just did.

Most people see the approval, the paperwork, and eventually the closing photo.

They don’t see the late calls.

The numbers changing.

The second guessing.

The “are we actually doing the right thing?” conversations.

That’s the real job.

Not just getting a loan closed.

Making sure the person on the other end understands what they’re doing and still feels good about it when the dust settles.
