As a lifelong marketing executive, he has a keen eye for trends and catering to specific generations. Why do we recruit young inexperienced talent? The answer is simple, it is because even though it may take longer to develop, in the long run, we can them adapt top the newer styles of becoming a successful loan officer in the mortgage industry! NO LEGACY BAD HABITS!

You NEED to post video content. Unfortunately, we no longer live in a world where it is okay to not post yourself out there. It is not a choice anymore, it is strictly what the industry calls for.

Consumers are on social media scrolling everyday, and it is your responsibility, as the professional, to be in front of them, educating them, and helping them get the answers they are looking for. If you don't do this, you will be phased out of this industry quick.

However, it is never to late to start. Grow your social media footprint and if you need help, just contact us and we will show you what we're doing and how you can do the same!

❌THIS IS THE REASON YOU ARE NOT SUCCESSFUL ❌

Getting to your goal is a culmination of many things, but the most important thing I have noticed, is that success comes from doing the same set of activities everyday for a long period of time. That's it.

As loan officers or real estate professionals, we tend to want to succeed so bad and so quick, we end up jumping from idea to idea. If we don't notice instant results, we decide to switch to another tactic. That is one of the biggest reasons we fail. 🚫

Instead, you need to focus on doing the exact set of daily activities. If you decide to use a certain strategy, you need to stick to that strategy for the next 3-6 months. And by sticking to it, I mean you need to create a daily action plan. That daily action plan needs to be a certain list of activities you do everyday, consistently that is going to help you achieve your goal. Do this and watch your business flourish. 📈

THE FED IS CUTTING RATES WOOOO!!! Not so fast... With the good comes the bad!
As many of you know, when the FED starts to cut rates, that means inflation rates are starting to come down! WOO! What you maybe didn't know is that when this happens, it means the economy is slowing down. This means that spending is down and the unemployment rate is rising! 😢

So while this may be something that benefits you, this may not be the case for everyone around.
