Last month, the couple sparked a debate around generational wealth and trust funds after a reemerging report reminded fans that they are not planning to leave any money to their kids. But it turns out this isn't uncommon amongst the rich and famous.

So why are Ashton and Mila doing it? 🤔

Both grew up poor and credit their hard work and success to their challenging upbringing. They hope that by not giving their kids a free ride, they'll develop the same drive for success.

The law could turbocharge new housing development projects, from entirely affordable buildings to mixed-income towers on commercial sites that developers are now looking to acquire. This, in turn would help tackle the affordability crisis that many residents are currently facing—positively affecting the housing market.⁠

This multifaceted initiative aims to effectively redirect tax revenue towards affordable housing over the next 10 years, offering a significant financial incentive to developers to build more affordable housing units across Florida.⁠

There are pros and cons to every investment and purchasing decision. So while homeownership has long been considered as the better investment, over the long run, a renter investing what they would be putting into house repairs and property taxes could be a great alternative. ⁠

This little piece of Miami magic 🔮 will be included in !⁠

Miami native and owner of Fookem's Famous Pies, Joshua Abril, is a neighborhood celebrity amongst the Coconut Grove community. ⁠Whoever passes the little house on Oak Avenue gets a wave, even if they don't buy a pie. But they definitely should!⁠

The developer of Julia & Henry's fell in love with these delicious, citrusy, bright pies 🤤, complete with a sea salt Graham cracker crust that will make you reevaluate every other Key lime pie you've ever eaten. ⁠
⁠
But more than that, these pies are a slice of history. The entrepreneur who created them, who has spent nights riding around the Grove and selling them from his bicycle cart, is preserving a piece of that quirky Grove vibe that's disappearing all too quickly. So, of course, the developer had to have him as part of the project. ⁠
