🙌God Blessing Update💯

After years of grinding in the captive insurance world, I officially stepped out and went fully independent.

We’ve built the residual income to multiple six figures, more than I ever would have staying captive.

What’s wild is the investment level didn’t change, but production did. I went from consistent 100K AV months to doing 4–5x that as an independent agent.

If you’re an agent currently in a captive company and you’ve been wondering what else is out there, the grass can absolutely be greener. It just depends where you go and how you move.

💯1 MILLION BABYYY💯
I started working for this amazing company USHA 6/21. I dropped out of college and drove my live down to Miami FL. I use to wake up and drive 1:20 Hr drive every day to my job were I worked everyday for 12hr. I did this 6 days a week for a year. People thought I was crazy. I was relentless though, thankful for my team to training me in this industry and never losing faith in me. I struggled through that year and had to evolve as a person…and as a man. Our office was dissolved in the middle of 2022 and I was put under a underperforming team that didn’t want to invest in my success. I never lost faith though. I gave this business another 6 months until I couldn’t afford my bills. I had to start working at Toyota Dealership for 3 months just to make it by, my one day out of the week I got off I was working my tail off to make this “USHA dream” a reality. I then took a leap of faith and met this office in Tampa, FL. I was reignited by the energy of this office and had to do what I had to do. I packed up my life once again and moved to Tampa. I grinding my tail off since I got to this office 8/12/2023 and accomplished this:

$100K Business Issued + Submitted in 1 week
Make over $10k commission in a week
$1,000,000 Issued in my career
Promotion to FTA and leadership position
Going from bottom 10% of sales ~> top 10% of sales in the company

Everything in life happens for a reason, I’m blessed for no one cutting me from this position. I never lost faith in this company nor the success that I dreamed of myself in life. 2023 was an incredible year of my life. I went from not being able to afford my rent and selling cars every day to setting myself up to be financially free before I’m 30 years old.

Life rewards you, but it’s was decisions you make EVERY DAY that makes success in your life. I’m not even close to where/what I want to be in my life.
