Meet the team! This is Yoandy. He’s been working here since the casino doors opened in 2009! We had a little chat with Yoandy, here’s what we learned.


What’s your title?

“Guest Services Manager”

Did you start off as a Guest Services Manager?

“No I was first a Marketing Liaison, then a Floor Attendant, and now I’m a Guest Services Manager.”

What are some of your duties?

“A one man show: Plan, direct and oversee all operational activities, objectives and initiatives for the Casino floor and ensuring the integrity of operations. All, while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service and experience for all our customers.”

What do you like most about your job?

“The feeling of having a second home, where I have the pleasure of knowing our clients by name and their family stories.”

Do you have a hobby?

“My other passion is practicing Real Estate, because it’s another way to help people to accomplish their American Dream, which is owning their home.”

Do you have any pets?

“Yes, two beautiful dogs.”

What has been your favorite memory since you started working at MCC?

“The satisfaction this casino gave me by giving me the means to be able to own my first home while doing what I love, 'Making you feel at home.'"
