Deciding not to have insurance

There’s a reason why they tell you on airplanes that in case of low cabin pressure, to put on your own mask first before assisting minors and elderly. You cant really help if you’re not in a safe situation. I know we all try to be support our love ones above all. Specially parents, we put our kids before ourselves but we should be our number 1 priority and from there, the rest of the family. If we’re well, emotionally and physically healthy, that will reflect and we’ll be in a better place to care for others. If we aren’t healed or haven’t resolved on our own issues, there’s no much we can offer. So by taking care of ourselves, we’re taking care of them. You can then offer them the best version of you.
