results, Lissette still sees this as one of her most significant transactions as it is an excellent example of why her philosophy works. “I’m a very hands-on agent,” she explains. “I make it a point to oversee every aspect of my work personally – it’s the only way I can be satisfied that it’s done to my standards. It also ensures that my clients are getting exactly what they expect of our working relationship – real attention from me.”

In developing her approach, Lissette credits her mother – who was a real estate agent during Lissette’s youth. “I really enjoyed assisting her and watching her work,” says Lissette. “I’ve modeled much of my own career after her insights.” Currently, Lissette works with sales, purchases, pre-construction purchases and rentals of both single-family homes and condominiums in Coral Gables, The Roads, South Miami, Brickell, Downtown, and the rest of the greater Miami area. Her clients have included such high-profile personalities such as the owner of a Mexican Soccer Team, as well as its head coach, and their agent. Originally from Miami, Lissette attended Gulliver Preparatory High School, where she graduated with Honors. She then went on to attend Lynn University. Lissette is also Microsoft Office Certified and is fluent in both English and Spanish. In her free time, Lissette devotes time to another business she founded for organizing homes and businesses. “I find organization very relaxing,” she confesses. “Being able to know everything is where it should be is deeply satisfying – and I enjoy helping people connect with that experience – whether it’s a neat, organized room or helping them find their own place in a home that’s just right for them.”

A love letter to my babies on our first Mother’s Day!

I waited for this day for a long time. I looked for you through hell and high water, I did not give up. And on August 11, 2021 I found out you were making your way to me. On August 23, 2021 I found out my wishing, praying, crying and trying had paid off twice! It was scary to hear this news, but it was and still is the biggest blessing of my life. From the moment I heard your heartbeats I was forever changed.

I was even more blessed on November 21, 2021, mine and your dad’s wedding party anniversary, to find out I was having a boy, my precious Luca, and a girl, my beautiful Lexi. I captioned the announcement with “I literally don’t know what I did so right in this life to deserve this blessing.” I still don’t know. I got the pair! I get to be a boy mom and a girl mom. I got to make sure you had a sibling, a built-in lifetime bestie. I felt so complete.

My pregnancy had so many challenges, ups, downs and complications which we are still battling now, but I wouldn’t change it for anything. You are here and you are perfect! I would do it all over again, for you.

I will do my best to teach you so many things, like how to be strong but kind in this harsh world, to always have faith and believe in yourself, to know that you can do anything you set your mind to, but I will not forget that you will also be teaching me... Teaching me to see things through different eyes, teaching me what true love is and teaching me to slow down and live in the moment.

I have so many things to thank you for. Thank you for the snuggles. Thank you for your patience as I learn this new role. Thank you for making me a better person. Thank you for opening my eyes to this immense love. But most importantly, thank you for making me a Mommy, your Mommy.

You are so loved, by so many people… But no one else will ever love you quite like I do, because after all you are the only ones that know what my heart sounds like from the inside. You are my “heart babies,” and my heart is all yours.

On good days and bad days, and all the days in-between, I love you. I will always love you! Thank you for choosing me to be your Mom. You are and will always be the best Mother’s Day gift ever.

Like Grammy always tells me… I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean, whenever one door closes I hope one more opens, promise me that you'll give faith a fighting chance, and when you get the choice to sit it out or dance… I hope you dance!

I’ve gone back and forth a million times deciding if I would post this but I have decided to do it! 2020 ended, but pandemic and all I can’t say it was so bad for me. I married my Big Boo, I got my goals car, I have an amazing Job, all the people I love have been safe throughout coronavirus with the exception of my Abuelo (who is on day 12 in the ER but is doing much better now) and I met my goal weight! Going from being a pretty skinny girl to the fat girl with the cute face was hard. A lot of people don’t remember or realize how out of control the situation had gotten. Lots of tests, lots of vitamins, hormones, lifestyle change, the encouragement of mama bear, the support of my big brother 😂 and waking up at 5:30am to go to bring us to the goal reveal. From my heaviest day to today I have lost 75 ibs! I am still 10 ibs heavier then my average high school/early college weight, but I’m not a little girl anymore so I had to adjust my expectations. It was worth it and I am so proud of myself! Wishing everyone a Happy New Year! Cant wait to share my 2021 Goals!

The Speeches Series: After we were done dancing we sat for some pretty amazing speeches. It started with the Best Man, Jonathan, which made the Groom shed a tear or 2. We were then infiltrated by Chuchi for a quick message. Up next was Noelle & Vanessa on behalf of My Matron of Honor, Annia, who couldn’t make it. Followed by a hilarious speech from my Maid of Honor, Nikki, who talked about the days she was concerned that my mom may end up considering putting me up for adoption cause I was a pain 😂 The speeches were concluded with a toast by my amazing Brother, Jorge, on behalf of the family! 🥂🎉

The Dancing Series: Boo and I had our first dance to John Legends “Conversations in the Dark.” (Side Note: Zoom in on the crying audiences 😂) Then I danced with my dad to “My Girl.” After that came my Big Brother who literally caught me as I was about to fall, as he usually does figuratively... We danced to “Because you loved me.” My grand finale came while dancing with my E-Step Father to my Moms song to me and my siblings “In My Life,” where I made her the happiest Mama Bear alive by pulling her and my siblings in to join us! The Ceremony Series *Bonus Post: We were blessed to have my baby as our officiant. She made us laugh, cry and brought a special twist to our ceremony. We invited my sister in law, Monique, to do a special reading from the Gospel of DMX 😂 and Jorge’s cousin Nicole did a beautiful reading by Rascal Flatts. Here Comes the Bride Series: Leading up to the walk I was in hiding with my Mama & Big Brother. We shared some laughs and some tears and Mom and I may have kicked off our heels! 😂 I have known for many years that I would be asking my brother to give me away, he has always been much more than just my brother. When I got engaged I decided my Mom also deserved that honor. On our original wedding date, March 13th, I surprised her by asking her to join us. And then, we met Big Boo at the end of the aisle and the magic began. 🤵🏻‍♂️💕👰🏻
