results, Lissette still sees this as one of her most significant transactions as it is an excellent example of why her philosophy works. “I’m a very hands-on agent,” she explains. “I make it a point to oversee every aspect of my work personally – it’s the only way I can be satisfied that it’s done to my standards. It also ensures that my clients are getting exactly what they expect of our working relationship – real attention from me.”

In developing her approach, Lissette credits her mother – who was a real estate agent during Lissette’s youth. “I really enjoyed assisting her and watching her work,” says Lissette. “I’ve modeled much of my own career after her insights.” Currently, Lissette works with sales, purchases, pre-construction purchases and rentals of both single-family homes and condominiums in Coral Gables, The Roads, South Miami, Brickell, Downtown, and the rest of the greater Miami area. Her clients have included such high-profile personalities such as the owner of a Mexican Soccer Team, as well as its head coach, and their agent. Originally from Miami, Lissette attended Gulliver Preparatory High School, where she graduated with Honors. She then went on to attend Lynn University. Lissette is also Microsoft Office Certified and is fluent in both English and Spanish. In her free time, Lissette devotes time to another business she founded for organizing homes and businesses. “I find organization very relaxing,” she confesses. “Being able to know everything is where it should be is deeply satisfying – and I enjoy helping people connect with that experience – whether it’s a neat, organized room or helping them find their own place in a home that’s just right for them.”
