Oxford FCU, like many financial institutions throughout the region, relies on a third-party armored transportation provider to safely deliver physical currency to our branches and ATMs.

In recent weeks, we have experienced repeated service disruptions and delivery delays involving our contracted vendor, Brink’s. These disruptions have impacted the timely delivery of cash needed to replenish branch and ATM cash supplies.

Most recently, our Mexico branch did not receive two scheduled cash shipments. This morning, as a short-term measure, and to ensure continued access to cash for as many members as possible, Oxford FCU implemented a temporary cash withdrawal limit of $500 at the Mexico branch only.

We are pleased to report that the temporary limit has been lifted.

We understand this situation is inconvenient, particularly for members in the River Valley area, and we sincerely appreciate their patience and understanding. Our team continues to work closely with our vendor to ensure normal delivery schedules and minimize future disruption to member service.

Please be assured, we are committed to serving our members safely and responsibly.
