It's going to be a wild Medicare annual enrollment this year.
Hello Scott Agency and Melahn family. This is your agent, Brian Gleize. I am sending this message to my entire book of business. Many of you are Medicare clients and for those of you who are not, I am sure you have friends or family that are Medicare eligible.

This year is going to be one of the more volatile Medicare open enrollments in recent years especially on the Medicare Advantage front.

The number of complaints that I have received from clients being contacted by telemarketers has tripled from years past.

IF YOU GET A CALL FROM A TELEMARKETER, ADVISE THEM THAT YOU WORK WITH A LOCAL BROKER AND HANG UP. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Changes cannot be made in your Medicare plan prior to 10/15/2026. Please choose to do business locally. I will be working long hours to fill the demand for information and help.

Please call my office at 636-456-8633 to set your appointment to discuss your options. We are also holding group meetings in the Warrenton, ask for information about those during your call.

Friends don't let friends do business with a 1-800 number

What do you say when you get those calls from people that want to talk to you about Medicare?

"I have a local agent I work with. Remove me from your list. Thank you Goodbye.!"

Will you get more calls? Yes. Just repeat the above.

🚨 MEDICARE SCAM ALERT! 🚨 Please share.

🛑 IF THEY CALL YOU — HANG UP!

Scammers are getting VERY good at pretending to be Medicare, Social Security, or an insurance company.

They may say:

⚠️ “Your Medicare card is expiring.”

⚠️ “Your benefits are about to be cancelled.”

⚠️ “We need to verify your Medicare number.”

⚠️ “You qualify for a new benefit.”

⚠️ “You need to act TODAY!”

DON'T DO IT.

❌ Don't give them your Medicare number.
❌ Don't give them your Social Security number.
❌ Don't give them your bank or credit card information.
❌ Don't give them a security code or password.

And remember:

Caller ID can be faked.
Just because they know your name doesn't mean they're legitimate.

⭐ THE GOLDEN RULE:

If THEY called YOU, don't give them your information.

Hang up.

If you think the call might be legitimate, make the call yourself using a number you know and trust.

And one more thing...

YOU DON'T HAVE TO MAKE A MEDICARE DECISION ON THE PHONE.

Take your time. Ask questions. Talk to someone you trust.
