Funny how it works…

Someone can break down a great product, explain the cost, the value, how it actually helps you save money — and it gets ignored.

But let someone hop on TikTok, do a little dance, tie it loosely to their business… and suddenly it’s “WOW they’re crushing it 👏🔥”

Don’t get me wrong — marketing is marketing. But it’s wild how entertainment gets more attention than actual substance.

That section shows the true lender costs — the stuff you’re actually paying the lender for the loan. Not the fluff, not third-party fees… the real numbers.

Here’s the thing 👇
If you’re seeing big “discount points,” high origination fees, or padded processing fees… that’s a red flag 🚩

A small, reasonable fee? Normal.
But when those numbers start getting inflated, you could be paying thousands more than you need to — often without realizing it.

Everything feels smooth… fast… easy.

But here’s what doesn’t get talked about:

Those “in-house” services usually aren’t just one small team working together — they’re often larger companies behind the scenes, each getting a slice of the deal.

So instead of one transparent transaction, you’ve got multiple layers of profit built in:
👉 Slightly higher rate or fees from the lender
👉 Title costs that aren’t shopped or questioned
