20 year Employee Benefits & HR Technology Agency seeks an individual to join our team.
Administrative Office Assistant Job duties will include:
-Interacting with clients and insurance carriers
-Performing administrative functions, data entry, creating spreadsheets, proposals, and policy review, etc.
-Website technology management, and problem solving.
-Work closely with Benefit Consultants/Account Managers.
-Work closely with President.
Job Experience preferred:
Administrative functions / Data entry / Technology experience, insurance experience and/or customer service experience.
Attributes:
-The candidate must be dependable, motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, pleasant, punctual, courteous, accurate, efficient, detail oriented with a positive attitude.
-Must have refined verbal and written communication skills.
Must have critical thinking skills and self motivated.
-Good at attention to detail and ability to self-check work and the work of others.
-Capable of handling multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
-Ability to meet deadlines with good verbal and written communication skills and proficient with online technology systems and programs Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
-Must be available to work Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
