Another great sales meeting in the books at Realty One-Metairie! 🏡✨

We had such a great time meeting with these awesome group of agents and diving into today’s insurance market. There were tons of great questions about different insurance carriers, underwriting guidelines, rental properties, short-term rentals, and more!

It’s so important for agents to stay informed on how insurance can impact their buyers and transactions, and we love helping make those conversations easier and more educational. 👏

We had a great time at Keller Williams Realty 455-0100 - Metairie Market Centers for their sales meeting and our Lunch & Learn!

EJ led a really informative session covering ways to help clients lower insurance costs, including the importance of using licensed contractors, options with private flood carriers, and how fortified roofs can make a big impact.

We know this is a busy season for everyone with festivals and time spent with family and friends, so we truly appreciate everyone who took the time to join us!
