Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: [River Ridge LA]
Employment Type: Full-Time
Monday thru Friday 8:30-4:30

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing insurance team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to clients, assist with policy inquiries, process account changes, and support daily office operations.

Responsibilities:

Renew Policies
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Assist clients with policy questions and account updates
Provide outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in person
Process payments, claims inquiries, and policy changes
Maintain accurate customer records
Work closely with agents and team members to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer and organizational skills
Previous customer service experience preferred
Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
