After serving 6 years in the Navy Reserves, Gary Bourgeois somehow convinced me to join the Texas Army National Guard Recruiting, recruited me to be a Recruiter with him, recruited me to become a Mortgage Loan officer, and FINALLY I recruited him to become a Mortgage Broker on our own team!

We continue to use what we learned in Army Recruiting: Prospect, Build Relationships, and Educate.
